Traditionally Tai Chi Chuan is known as a comprehensive exercise of self protection which incorporates self defence, therapeutic breathing techniques and mind-calming exercises. These exercises, which helped monks to survive harsh conditions in ancient times, find a relevance as a practical way of better integrating oneself in todays high-speed world.
In this, the second of five films, the chapter on breathing will include basic Chi Kung. Within the application we introduce Push Hands training with a partner.
