The relation between mind and body is a subtle and dynamic phenomenon. Over many centuries various masters developed the arts of Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi Chuan. This ancient and timeless knowledge is now finding relevance in the application of relaxation and stress management.

With the awareness of the breath we are better able to tune into and change our emotional and physiological state. Awareness of the breath can be supported with the practice of light gymnastic exercises.
